- Be unworn and unaltered.
- Include all original packaging, documentation, and certificates.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Merchandise purchased at a heavy discount.
- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Items showing signs of wear or alteration.
- Defective items reported after the 7-day return window.

Step 2: Review by AceGold
Our team will assess your return request to confirm eligibility, provide detailed return instructions, and issue a return authorization number if approved.
5. Refund & Exchange Terms
If approved returns will be returned to the original method of purchase.
After the 7-day window, the return will be processed for store credit only.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.
- Processing time for returns is 5-7 business days after receipt.
6. Fraud Prevention
AceGold reserves the right to refuse returns if any of the following are identified:
- Suspicious patterns of wear or tampering.
- Incomplete or missing documentation.
