2. Eligible Return Conditions

  • Be unworn and unaltered.
  • Include all original packaging, documentation, and certificates.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Merchandise purchased at a heavy discount.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry.
  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration.
  • Defective items reported after the 7-day return window.

4. Return Process

Email support@acegold.com and include: Your order number, The reason for your return, Clear photos of the item.

Step 2: Review by AceGold

Our team will assess your return request to confirm eligibility, provide detailed return instructions, and issue a return authorization number if approved.

5. Refund & Exchange Terms

If approved returns will be returned to the original method of purchase.

After the 7-day window, the return will be processed for store credit only.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Processing time for returns is 5-7 business days after receipt.

6. Fraud Prevention

AceGold reserves the right to refuse returns if any of the following are identified:

  • Suspicious patterns of wear or tampering.
  • Incomplete or missing documentation.
