- Prong Re-tipping: $25-$50 per prong.
- Clasp Replacement: Starting at $50.
- Timeframe
- Standard repairs take 10-14 business days from receipt.
- Custom or complex repairs may require additional time; customers will be informed accordingly.

- Shipping costs are included to and from our facility.
- We recommend insured shipping for your jewelry’s protection.
- Warranty on Repairs
- Repairs completed by AceGold include a 90-day workmanship warranty.
- Repairs performed by third parties are not covered under this policy.

90-Day Workmanship Warranty
At AceGold, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our repair services. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 90-day workmanship warranty on all repairs completed by our team.
What’s Covered:
- Any defects in the craftsmanship or materials used during the repair, such as soldering, resizing, prong re-tipping, or stone replacement.
- Issues arising directly from the repair work performed by AceGold within 90 days of the item being returned to you.
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage resulting from mishandling, accidental drops, or exposure to harsh conditions (e.g., chemicals, extreme temperatures).
- Modifications, repairs, or adjustments made by other jewelers or third parties.
- New, unrelated damage occurring after the repair is completed.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your repair qualifies for coverage under this warranty, please:
- Email us at support@acegold.com within 90 days of receiving your repaired item.
- Include:
- Your name and contact details.
- Description of the issue.
- Photos of the jewelry and the area of concern (if possible).

Additional Information:
